Velocity utilises web-based collaboration tools to provide clients with immediate visibility of detailed project information. TWiki is a flexible, powerful, secure, yet simple web-based collaboration platform which Velocity uses to create individual Customer project development spaces to serve as a project management portal, document management system, knowledge base etc.
In addition, Velocity uses Bugzilla for the management of all Customer problems and enhancement requests.
Velocity is of course happy to use alternative communication tools or processes, should the client require it.
